The SA-3 amplifier is optimized for powerful low frequency reproduction with a host of convenient features and sufficient high output capability to drive up to two subwoofers. Its discrete Class G design, which employs a massive power transformer and dual-rail power supplies, enables cooler operating tempatures for high output with low distortion. Only precision low noise components are used in the crossover circuits and in the output sections. The SA-3 is the power amplifier for the SW3P powered subwoofer, and is the recommended amplifier to bi-amp the 2.9, 3.3, and the VT2.4.
