The iW4B mounting bracket is included with the IW4 or available separately if intended to be used to frame out the in-ceiling or in-wall speaker location prior to sheetrock application. The iW4B eliminates the need to cut holes for new speaker installations and makes speaker locations predictable rather than cutting holes blind. For new construction or remodeling when ceiling and joists and wall studs are exposed.  The iW4B also makes for easy post sheetrock speaker installation in walls or in-ceiling.  The iW4B fits the NHT iW4 in-wall speakers.  One kit contains 1 brackets for 1 iW4 speaker.
