NHT offers a generous limited warranty on all its product offerings. BE CAREFUL! From time to time, unauthorized dealers offer NHT products for sale on the Internet, at retail and via mail-order. NHT cannot guarantee or verify the quality, specification, source or validity of warranty of products sold by an un-authorized retailer. Please use our Where to Buy feature on this site to determine if your dealer or installer is supplied by NHT. If you have doubts or questions, please call our hotline at 800-648-9993 or contact us by email or fax.

Please note: If you purchased your products directly from NHThifi.com, your products are automatically registered - no further action is required.


Register your products purchased from one of our authorized dealers one of two ways.

Method #1 - 800-648-9993 and press 2 or 3 or 0. Have your receipt ready to fax or email or do so just in advance of your call. Write a note with your fax or email to let us know the receipt is for warranty registration.

We will create a customer record for you, validate your warranty and store your receipt electronically for you. If your receipt has other items listed on it, those will be saved as well at no charge. You may find this helpful down the road for warranty service or insurance.

Method #2 - Securely register yourself on nhthifi.com in the upper right hand corner of this website - or click here. Next, fax or email your receipt to us and simply ask us to attach it to your newly created customer record - we will need only your name and phone number you used when you registered. This is a good way if you are shy on the telephone. You may also elect to call us to ask us a few questions while reminding us attach your receipt to your record. Once again, we will store your receipt and if it contains other items you purchased when you bought your new NHT’s, we will keep that safe for you as well.
