AmazingCS 10 Subwoofer
I previously owned the BD10 for several years. I traded it in for 2 of these. 1 just didn't quite fill my home theater room. Once I completed hooking them up and watched my first explosion scene I had a huge smile on my face. I am very impressed in the low range and feel these sub's provide. My theater room is about 12ft wide and 20ft long. I just can't express how much more enjoyable it is to watch movies now, with the thunder these 2 bad boys provide!

Fall in love with your media all over againC 3 Bookshelf Loudspeaker
I found out about NHT by doing a lot of research on opinions from self proclaimed audiophiles on many of the most popular forums. While I absolutely loved the option of demoing speakers in home for 30 days, I decided to visit NHT at their HQ to push my purchase decision over the edge. I sat in their demo room as was absolutely FLOORED with the sound that came out of just (2) C-3 bookshelf speakers. My friend and I couldn't keep our mouths closed, as we could swear that the subwoofers were on and there were about 4 more speakers on the entire wall producing that sound.
Needless to say, I pulled the trigger a few days later, replaced my aging but still very capable Klipsch RSX-4 speakers (for the front stage of a 7.2 surround setup) and have spent weeks finding better quality versions of my song library to hear the music again for essentially the first time. The subtleties in music and movies that every other speaker I have ever hear miss, these gorgeous high quality beauties pick up and make you applaude. There is definitely a sweet spot for listening to them, but even off axis is better than every other bookshelf-like speaker I have ever heard. I really had no idea that sound this big could come out of a speaker this size. Bravo NHT, bravo.
Now I just need to find a way to convince my boss (wife) to let me replace the rest of my surrounds with the C-1's :)
X2 Electronic Crossover
I have tried several electronic crossovers and this is by far the best unit for driving my booshelf/stereo subwoofer setup. My only complaint is that the manual states that the LFE "Thru" output is described at: www.nhthifi.com/technicalhelp/evolution, but this page no longer exists.

First NHT speakers in years and after a month I am very impressed. Placement was important to get them to sound great. Will likely be adding other NHT speakers in the future.
so happy with theseO2-ARC Outdoor Speaker
Mounted these on the patio two years ago and they're awesome. No shortcuts in the sound. They can cut through wind and traffic noise in the afternoon, and then at 1am wooden music sounds exquisite at lower volumes. I've heard lots of outdoor speakers that can go loud, and the O2-ARC's can also, but they sound superior to any outdoor speaker I've heard at any volume.
The first winter I brought them in, but have left them mounted the past two.

Disappointed in SportsBudsSportsBuds
I purchased the NHT SportsBuds from Amazon on a Lightning Deal. I am familiar with NHT speakers and am in the market for a good pair of sport earbuds. The construction and length of the SportsBuds was great. The remote control switch was not big and bulky as other models, seemed to be placed in an optimal location for me. I enjoyed the full sound and the placement of the ear fins. The silicone tips are horrible. Though it came with three different sizes, none of the silicone tips would not stay in or create a seal to block out ambient noise. I did try a pair of triple flange silicone tips from another set of earbuds, which offered a huge improvement. Though the description states it comes with Comply S-series Tips, the box I received did not have these. Since the included silicone tips would not work for me and the Comply S-series Tips missing, I had to return the set to Amazon for a refund. Unfortunately an exchange was not an option, so I returned them for a refund. Hopefully NHT can improve on this product because good sport earbuds are hard to find.
Nice dolby up-firing speakersAFX Mini, Dolby Atmos-Enabled Add-on Speaker Module
These dolby certified speakers work well and are effective. I used two of these as front up-firing speakers and placed them on top of old but still terrific NHT VT-1a floor standers that are 40" tall. The room height is 9 ft and the main listening position is about 9ft from the center channel. The ceiling is plain drywall. The L&R front speakers are separated by about 7 ft. Since the vt-1 have the same width and depth as these, they look good together.
At first it was hard to say if the speakers were effective at all - meaning did any sounds seem to come from the ceiling? I was using the up mixer Dolby Surround on regular Dolby Digital content. I finally decided to test some Atmos specific content.
Downloaded the Dolby Atmos demos from internet, loaded them up on a thumb drive and inserted the thumb drive into my blurry player. Most of the demos out there are fairly useless — Leaf and Amaze are the only demos that can clearly show the intended Atmos effect. I finally could tell that these NHT speakers are great and some of the sounds seemed to actually be coming from the ceiling.
American Sniper on blu-ray has an Atmos soundtrack - though sadly not a very effective one. I mostly couldn't tell if the up firing speakers were working. Then there were a couple of scenes where helicopters seemed go be going over my head. Phew, the speakers are working as intended!!
Recently released blurry remaster of Bram Stoker's Dracula has an Atmos sound track as well. There is a scene where Renfield is plucking bugs flying around in his cell to eat them. The buzzing sound seemed to be traveling all around, including above the head.
Note: I have shared my review on Amazon as well.

Question about impedance
I have an x Onkyo TX-NR646 receiver. I'm happy with my current 5.1 speaker setup. I like the small size as they will fit on top of my current front speakers, but I'm concerend about the impedance. NR646 specs shows shows the speaker impedance needs to be 6-16 ohm. Can I use these mini speakers with this receiver?
Amazing SpeakersC 3 Bookshelf Loudspeaker
As a long time owner of NHT Classic Threes, I was hesitant to purchase the new C3 model as I naturally questioned if it would be an upgrade. I did not think it was possible to improve on what I consider an all time classic speaker. I am happy to report the C3s best their predecessors on a number of fronts. I prefer the new, angular, modern design of the C3s to the outdated, curvy Threes. I am glad the ditched the akward rails on the Threes, which makes stand mounting the new model easier. The build quality of the C3s is first rate and the cabinets are rock solid. The most noticeable sonic improvement is in the high frequency performance. The highs seem a tad smoother and sweeter and in a direct comparison I was able to hear some subtle details on the C3s they were slightly smeared and muddy on the Threes. I am wondering if that can be attributed to the new 1 inch tweeter, which replaced the old 0.75 inch unit? The bass and midrange performance on both the old and new speakers are similar and quite remarkable considering their size. As a very happy Classic Three owner, I can say without hesitation I am an even happier C3 owner. If you are thinking of upgrading from the Three like me, rest assured it is worth it. If you are new to NHT, the C3s represent a tremendous value and compete with speakers costing much more. I speak from experience having tried the usual suspects. In short, I highly recommend the NHT C3.

SuperZero 2.1's are FantasticSuperZero 2.1 Our Amazing Mini-Monitor
I recently purchased a pair of SuperZero 2.1's along with a SS-10 10 inch subwoofer direct from NHT to form a 2.1 full range system. The overall performance of this new system is excellent. Bass performance of the Super Zero 2.1 by themselves is only good down to around 85 hz which is to be expected due to its small 4-1/2" sealed woofer; however, the midrange / high end performace above 85 hz is amazingly good. Also, these little speakers will play surprising loud without distoring Overall sound quality is very wide, clean, and natural sounding with excellent musical detail whether listening to music or watching movies. I'm noticing little details in the sound that I never heard before on any of the previous speakers systems I've owned. With the Super Zero 2.1 combined with the SS-10 subwoofer it forms a full range system comparable to other speaker systems selling up to three times as much or more. So far I am extremely pleased with the performance of both my Super Zero 2.1's and the SS-10 subwoofer. NHT makes great sounding speakers.
